Rapper Diamond looks beautiful in her most recent photograph (taken 6/30/2012).  In the photo Diamond looks cute and sophisticated in a layered bob hairstyle, black cropped shirt, and white feathered skirt. The look is ultra chic, but is a BIG departure from the Hood Fabulous looks we’re accustomed to seeing Miss YummyYum 32 Flavaz in.

Which brings us to ask this question:

Has Diamond changed more than her hairstyle and clothing? Could the petite rapper have undergone a little cosmetic surgery right under our noses?

It was recently revealed the former Crime Mobb star previously enhanced her backside…artificially.  But, has Diamond run a needle or, a scalpel or two over her Oh So Recognizable face?
