Remember when Nicki Minaj said she’d love to perform with Mariah Carey on American Idol?  And, remember when Mariah claimed her beef with Nicki Minaj is over?  Don’t believe the hype!  Despite Nicki and Mariah’s public attempts to remain civil, fans should not expect a performance by the two divas on Idol.

“That’ll never happen” Nicki Minaj told E! News.  ”God bless her though…seriously.”

Fans should also know this unfortunate news: Nicki may not return to American Idol next season.  Despite having a good time judging contestants on the juggernaut show this year, Nicki may not return next season.

“I have to say it’s really been amazing…we’ll see.  The thing is, we’re only halfway done.  So, I’m actually am enjoying Idol, but I don’t know how I’m going to feel by the end of it.”

I wonder how much money it would take to get Nicki back on Idol next season?
