The Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star and girlfriend of Hip Hop star Kanye West looked swollen and unusually average as she arrived in Paris for Fashion Week yesterday. It’s only been 2 days since Kim looked ravishing at the 2012 BET Awards so what the deal is with her face is anybody’s guess.
