Blac Chyna No Longer A Malibu Barbie??? Landlord Wants Baby Daddy Tyga Out Of Malibu Mansion: ‘No Pay…No Stay!’

Blac Chyna may soon no longer be a Malibu Barbie!  Her man and baby daddy Tyga, who is one of the more notable artists from the Young Money crew, is in a lease dispute over a (rented) Malibu mansion the couple reportedly shares.

Here’s the scoop:

Tyga owes this guy Gholamreza Rezai $16,000 for rent.  He signed a one-year lease with Rezai to lease a mansion in Malibu for $16,000/month in July 2012.  It seems fans kept showing up at Tyga’s front door and the YMCMB rapper didn’t like that.  So, Tyga asked Rezai to release him from the lease so that he could move somewhere that was more secure.  Tyga promised to be out of the house by September 30th (giving 30 days notice).  Landlord Rezai ain’t satisfied with that.  He refuses to let Tyga out of the lease…and has filed a lawsuit suing Tyga for September’s rent.

To make matters worse, Tyga didn’t move out the home by September 30th like he promised.  According to Rezai, the “Rack City” hitmaker is still occupying the rented home.  (Source TMZ)

Unless a court uphold’s Tyga’s request to break his lease, Tyga will owe Rezai for not only September’s rent…but October’s rent as well.  Worst case scenario?  Tyga will be ordered to pay the remainder of his lease.  That’s $144,000 BUCKS!!!

This is definitely not something Tyga and his expecting girlfriend Chyna need right now…
